. Renowned comedian Raju Srivastav has passed away. Srivastavas health condition remained unchanged since that day despite having an angioplasty procedure. The comedian took his last breath at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences AIIMS in New Delhi.

The stand-up comic had suffered a heart attack while exercising. Raju was admitted to AIIMS after he had a heart attack on August 10. The comedian regained consciousness after 15 days on ventilator support.

Srivastava has been on a ventilator since August 10 after he collapsed while running on a treadmill. His death comes as a shock to the country. 1 Since 2014 he was a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
